What does this error mean?
The parent SKU was either not created correctly or was sent after its child products, preventing the variation relationship.
How to solve this error
- Ensure the parent SKU has all mandatory attributes filled ("description", "brand", "image", etc.) see the guide for more details about Amazon variations.
- Apply a "DELETE" operation from the "Operation Type" attribute on the family to clear existing data on Amazon.
- Once products are deleted, re-send the parent as "UPDATE" in "Operation Type"Â first; once created, then send the children with the same "UPDATE" in "Operation Type" as well.
