Extra week delay: the following updates will apply from the 8th February 2024
As of 1st February 2024, to place your order in "shipped" status, you must:
- Choose a carrier from the list provided by Conforama;
- Provide a tracking URL (mandatory).

From 01/02/2024, to place your order in "dispatched" status, you will have to choose a carrier from our list and the tracking URL will be mandatory.
We therefore invite you to review, if necessary, your integrations in your calls for OR23. Otherwise, an error will be returned and you will not be able to confirm dispatch of your order.

If your carrier is not on the list, please send us its name and tracking URL to marketplacesupport@conforama.fr so that we can integrate it into our platform.
