📣 Conforama - News - 3rd March 2025 - Discontinued delivery methods

From 3rd March 2025, Conforama will discontinue two delivery methods: 24H delivery and Eco drop-off delivery.

Make sure to change the settings in your Mirakl Back-office accordingly.

What is changing

These two delivery methods will be discontinued from 03/03/2025:

Current Recommandation
Livraison 24H Use « Livraison express devant chez vous » OR « Livraison express dans la pièce »
Livraison Eco déposé au pied du domicile Use « Livraison devant chez vous »

 

What you have do

There is nothing to do in Lengow. The settings must be changed in your Mirakl back-office if you were using these delivery methods: Settings > Shipping > Shipping costs > Edit shipping costs.

These two delivery methods will be discontinued from 03/03/2025:

  • 24-hour delivery > Use ‘Express delivery in front of your home’ OR ‘Express delivery in the room’.
  • Eco delivery to your doorstep > Use ‘Delivery in front of your home’.

How do you change your delivery methods?

1. Update your delivery methods:

- Go to your Mirakl Back office : Click on Settings > Shipping > Shipping charges

- Click on the ‘Metropolitan France’ delivery zone > More actions > Edit methods. You will need to repeat the actions for the other zones if necessary.

- Leave the box ticked for ‘selected modes only’ and then click on ‘edit’.

- Once you have made your changes, click on Done > Save > Update.

2. Update delivery charges :

- To change the amounts, click on the delivery method :

Notes: if delivery charges were offered on some delivery methods, you need to uncheck the box « free shipping » to display the two fields ‘initial price’ and ‘additional price’.

If shipping costs were offered on all modes, click on ‘here’ in the mirakl help text > uncheck ‘offer all shipping costs’ > return to the shipping costs page (Settings > Shipping > Shipping costs).

3. Update the logistics classes :

- Click on the ‘Standard Letter < 200G’ logistics class > More actions > Activate or deactivate.

Notes: for each class, don't forget to define a delivery deadline by clicking on : More actions > Update additional information.

If no delivery time is entered, Conforama's default delivery time will be used: 4 or 5 days depending on the delivery method.
