OTTO released the V4 version of its Products API. Lengow migrated to this new version in November 2024.Â
As a result of this API upgrade, OTTO has new requirements on GPSR attributes (read below). Make sure to do the necessary ajustements in order to keep your products published.Â
What you have to do in Lengow
At the Attributes mapping step of your OTTO feed, adapt your values to OTTO's new requirements regarding the GPSR regulation:Â
- Several "productSafety" attributes are now mandatory, as they are used to transmit information on your products' manufacturer or importer. You must fill in:
- "productSafety.name": name of the manufacturer.
- "productSafety.address": address of the manufacturer.
- "productSafety.email" OR "productSafety.url": e-mail address of the manufacturer, or URL to a form to contact the manufacturer.

You also have the option to complete the "productSafety.phone" and "productSafety.regionCode" attributes, which are optional.
Other changes in V4 (for information):
- The delivery information ("delivery.type" and "delivery.deliveryTime" attributes) is no longer mandatory.
- The "productionDescription.manufacturer" attribute has been removed.
