What you have to do in Lengow

- GPSR

OTTO restructured its GPSR attributes to accommodate multiple addresses. As a result, the former "productSafety" attributes are replaced by the new "compliance.productSafety.addresses" attributes. 

Lengow migrated your existing mappings present in the former "productSafety" attributes to the new attributes. 
 However, the "compliance.productSafety.addresses.roles" attribute is new and must be filled in with appropriate value: "MANUFACTURER" or "DISTRIBUTOR".

At the Attributes mapping step of your OTTO feed, ensure the mandatory GPSR attributes are completed to provide information on your products' manufacturer or distributor:

• "compliance.productSafety.addresses.name": name of the manufacturer or distributor.
• "compliance.productSafety.addresses.address": address of the manufacturer or distributor.
• "compliance.productSafety.addresses.roles": select "MANUFACTURER" or "DISTRIBUTOR". This attribute is new and mandatory, make sure you select a value.
• You also have the option to complete the other "compliance.productSafety" attributes, which are optional (email, phone, etc.)
   

You now have the possibility to add several compliance attribute groups if necessary, by clicking on "+ Add compliance.productSafety.addresses field" (see screenshot).

- Food: new compliance information 

OTTO is introducing new "compliance.foodInformation.addresses" attributes. If you are selling food products, fill in the following attributes:

• "compliance.foodInformation.addresses.name": name of the manufacturer or importer.
• "compliance.foodInformation.addresses.address": address of the manufacturer or importer.
• "compliance.foodInformation.addresses.roles": select "MANUFACTURER" or "DISTRIBUTOR".
   

Several food compliance attribute groups may be added if necessary, by clicking on "+ Add compliance.productSafety.addresses field"
