✅ New Channel: ChatGPT - In Beta
Lengow now enables you to send product data to ChatGPT, the newest discovery platform reshaping the way people search for products. - Showroomprivé Taxonomy Update: On 5 September, 400 categories were removed (~8% of total). Make sure to review your mappings to ensure continued visibility.

ManoMano New Auto/Moto Categories & Second Life Program:
- Since September 1st, ManoMano has introduced a new Auto/Moto product family, adding 16 categories dedicated to spare parts and accessories for cars and motorcycles. This update opens up new opportunities to expand your catalogue on Mano Mano.
- They also have a Second Life program, allowing sellers to list refurbished or second-hand items. You’ll find a specific attribute to complete for these items, ensuring accurate listings and visibility. Learn more

BHV Marketplace suspension: BHV decided to temporarily pause its marketplace in the coming weeks, while migrating to a new technology platform. In the meantime, the BHV channel will remain partially active on Lengow for you to manage any pending orders.
✅ Partial Refunds on Mirakl Marketplaces
You can now process partial refunds for orders based on product quantity or monetary amount refunded, for Mirakl marketplaces that support this feature. This update gives you more control over post-sale operations, directly from Lengow.
✅ Faster Order Sync with Your E-commerce Platform
We’ve significantly improved the order synchronisation speed between Lengow and your e-commerce solution. Order data is now synced from Lengow to your e-commerce solution every 5 minutes (previously up to every 30 minutes).
The update is already live on Shopify. For plugin users (PrestaShop, Magento 2, Shopware 6, WooCommerce), please update to the latest version to benefit from the upgrade.
