Prerequisite: Get the new version of the Lengow plugin, zip file. (see info point below).
You do not need to uninstall the old version of the plugin and it is not recommended.
STEP 1: Install the new plugin version
- Go to the Module & services > Module manager section of your back office
- Click on "install a module" at the top right. ;
- Select the new Lengow archive (.zip)
- Click on Load module
- Wait during the reinstallation, it is normally quick.
STEP 2: Check the plugin version
- Check the version of Lengow plugin has correctly changed by going to any page and looking at the footer.
Download the latest version of the Lengow plugin (zip file) by clicking on the pop-up present at the top of any page in your plugin access. If you see this pop-up it means your version is outdated.

Note that this procedure is not intended for merchants wishing to migrate from Lengow platform v2 or hybrid version to a Lengow platform v3 where there are additional steps. Contact our Support Team if you are in this position.
