Configure your options before sending your products catalogue to eBay.
When establishing the connection between Lengow and your eBay feed, we recommend clearing your browser cache and closing all browser tabs first - especially if you manage multiple eBay accounts.
This prevents the feed from accidentally connecting to the wrong account and causing errors.
eBay Authentication
Click on the button and connect to your eBay account to establish the connection.
Note: For eBay UK and DE, it enables the use of eBay's Click & Collect feature (if you activated this service).
The connection to eBay requires two authentications:
- Ebay account: Expires every 18 months and is not automatically renewed. You must renew it manually.
- New eBay authentication: Lengow renews this one automatically.
Adapt you SKU for multi-country
If you sell your products on different eBay countries, your products identifiers must be unique for each country.
Activation is mandatory if you sell your products on several eBay websites and do not have product identifiers for each country. Enabling this feature creates unique product identifiers for each country.
