Case 1: you manage your promotions on eBay
It is recommended to manage your promotions through the eBay "Promotion Manager" tool, in your eBay back-office.
If you are using eBay's "Promotion Manager", your reduced prices are set up in eBay. In order for Lengow to not overwrite these prices, complete the "isonpromotion" attribute in Lengow with the value "TRUE".
If only some products are on sale, consider setting a rule on this attribute to not impact the other products with the value "TRUE".
Case 2: you manage your promotions in Lengow
It is recommended to manage your promotions through the eBay "Promotion Manager" tool, in your eBay back-office (see previous paragraph).
If you prefer to configure your promotion in Lengow, use the following attributes:
- "Price": send your discounted selling price.
- "OriginalRetailPrice": indicate the original strike-through price. You have to be authorized by eBay to use this attribute. "OriginalRetailPrice" must be higher than "Price".
- "isonpromotion": select the value "FALSE", which is the default value.
