To ensure your orders are processed and fulfilled correctly on Temu, you must accurately map your packaging and delivery details. We have broken down these requirements into specific sections below.
Fulfilment Mode Limitation
Please note that currently, Lengow only supports the Seller Fulfilled (self-fulfilment) as a fulfilment method for Temu.
Buy Shipping not available yet
"Buy Shipping" is a Temu fulfilment service allowing sellers to purchase shipping labels directly from the Temu interface. Please note that Buy Shipping is not currently supported by the Lengow connector.
1. Delivery & Fulfilment Settings
These attributes define how you will ship the products and how long it will take. You must create at least one Shipping Template in your Temu Seller Center first. Then, make sure the shipping template name you map exactly matches what you have configured in Temu.

2. Dimensions and Weight
All of these fields are mandatory. Be very careful with the units you map here, using inches or kilograms instead of the required centimetres and grams will cause your product creation to fail on Temu.
