To connect your Temu store to Lengow, you need to authorize the Lengow application within your Temu seller account and retrieve your access token.

If you have not done this step yet, you must click on the partnership link below first. Using this specific link allows you to create your Temu Seller account and automatically validates Lengow as your integrator in one single step:
1. Select your region
Crucial: Region Match & Country Validation
Your Lengow setup must exactly match your merchant region (e.g., EU) and the specific target country. Regional mismatches will cause the integration to fail.
Once logged in on the Temu seller center, use the drop-down menu at the top to select the correct country before proceeding. You must validate the Lengow app in EACH individual country you intend to sell in. For example, the France channel must be selected to authorize the app and get the access token specifically for the Temu France channel in Lengow.
2. Access Manage your apps
From the left menu of your Temu seller portal, go to Apps and services (1) and select Manage your apps (2)
3. Add and authorize Lengow
In the application management screen, click on the + Authorize a new app button.
In the App store, type Lengow into the search bar. Once the application appears in the results, click on Authorize.
4. Set the authorization duration
Keep all options checked and choose your preferred authorization duration from the drop-down menu, check the agreement box, and click Submit.
Please note the authorization duration you select. You will need to update it before it expires to prevent any sync issues.
5. Retrieve your access token
After completing the authorisation, your access token will be displayed. Copy your access token to connect it within the Lengow platform in the connection setting page.
If you need to retrieve this token later, you can find it in the Manage your apps section by clicking View access info.
Selling in multiple countries?
Remember, you must repeat this authorization process for every country. Ensure you select the correct region from the top drop-down menu in Temu to retrieve the specific, unique access token for that country to use in your matching Lengow channel.
