Add a channel catalogue

Add a channel catalogue in your Lengow account. Ensure you select the channel catalogue matching the specific country where you wish to publish your products (Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, France, or Italy).

We recommend defining a Segment within your catalogue to configure and send only the products you intend to publish on this channel.

Map Categories

Map your categories using Categories mapping.

Complete Attributes mapping

Map your catalogue fields with the fields requested by the channel, based on field definitions. If necessary, enter hard values, use functions, and/or adapt values by creating rules.

1. Set up your special offers/sales

To set up special offers or sales, fill in the following fields:

• "price": Strike-through price of your product (original price). If your product is not discounted, this field must be filled in with your usual selling price.
• "discount-price": Discounted price of your product.
• "discount-start-date" (optional): The date on which your promotion/sale begins. Format: yyyy-mm-dd.
• "discount-end-date" (optional): The date on which your promotion/sale ends. Format: yyyy-mm-dd.

To take part in PC Componentes campaigns (PcDays, etc.), read their recommendations.

2. Delivery method and costs

Shipping costs and delivery methods are defined by the channel. Contact PC Componentes to obtain the rate table.

2.1. Delivery methods

Select delivery methods in your channel back-office. You must select your preferred carriers from the list provided by PC Componentes. If you wish to use another carrier, inform the marketplace so they can consider adding them.

2.2. Shipping costs

Each product is linked to a logistics category. Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• The delivery method linked to the product
• The logistics category linked to the product

For the logistics category, you may choose between:

• Keep the default logistics category assigned by the channel: No action required in Lengow.
• Change the default logistics category: Fill in the "logistic_class" field (contact your channel account manager for the list of authorised values).

2.3. Lead time to ship

PC Componentes does NOT use a lead time to ship field. Merchants must indicate the delivery date.

Example: A customer places an order on 22/12 with a 24-hour shipping method:

• An order placed at 17:59 on 22/12 must be delivered on 23/12.
• An order placed at 18:01 on 22/12 must be delivered on 24/12.

Business days are Monday through Friday.

3. Variation values

You can configure product variations in Lengow. Map the following attribute with the product "parent" identifier:

• variant_group_code

Note: The parent ID is the common identifier grouping all variant options of a product.

4. Image & video requirements

Images: The following criteria are mandatory for images to display correctly:

• JPEG (.jpg) format
• Pure white background, without borders, frames, or excessive margins
• Resolution of 800×800 pixels
• The product must appear isolated in the main image with no brand names or logos visible

Video: You can provide YouTube or Vimeo links in the video attributes ("video", "video-1", etc.).

5. General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), provide the following details via attributes available in Lengow:

• "gpsr-establecido": Indicate whether the manufacturer is established in the EU.
• "gpsr-denominacion": Full company name of the brand.
• "gpsr-direccion-calle": Street address of the brand in the EU.
• "gpsr-direccion-ciudad": City where the brand is established in the EU.
• "gpsr-direccion-cp": Postal code of the brand in the EU.
• "gpsr-direccion-pais": Country where the brand is established in the EU.
• "gpsr-email": Contact email address of the manufacturer or authorized representative in the EU.
• "gpsr-advertencia": URL pointing to safety documentation or warning information (PDF format).

Additionally, complete the following fields directly in your Mirakl back-office under "Additional information":

• "GPRS": Self-certification statement.
• "GPRS aceptación": Indicate whether you accept the conditions of the regulation.

Manage your Exclusions

Follow standard instructions for exclusions for this channel.

Preview your data

Verify your product data before publishing at the "Preview" step.

Configure your Options

Configure options before transmitting your product catalogue to the channel.

Mirakl_storeid: Enter the Mirakl store identifier corresponding to the selected target country catalogue (Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, France, or Italy).

Launch the channel catalogue

Two distinct feeds are sent to the channel via API:

• Product Feed: Enables product creation and integration. Transmitted once per day.
• Offer Feed: Updates price, stock, and offer status. Transmitted every hour.

Read Channels reports

Review product and offer Channels reports to ensure correct feed processing. Reports highlight only items rejected by the channel.

Reports are available and downloadable from:

• Lengow: "Channel" tab > select channel name > click "Activity"
• Your Mirakl channel back-office

Edit a product file

Follow standard guidelines to modify data:

• Edit product data: Contact your channel account manager to request updates.
• Edit offer data: Updated automatically upon transmission of the next offer feed.

Unpublish/Delete an offer

• To stop advertising an offer on the channel, follow our unpublishing guidelines.
• To delete an offer from your Mirakl back-office, set product quantity to 0 in Attributes mapping.

Manage your orders

Manage sales orders within the Lengow platform.

1. Order retrieval

Lengow retrieves channel orders every 15 minutes.

2. Order processing

Orders transition through various Lengow order statuses during processing.

3. Lengow/PC Componentes order statuses

This channel uses standard Mirakl order statuses.

Fulfilment orders

Fulfilment services are supported for PC Componentes in Lengow. Map the "Fulfillment" value in the "logistic-class" attribute field.
