Map your categories with Amazon's using "Categories mapping".
There are two Categories mapping for Amazon:

Product Type (mandatory): enables to retrieve the attributes corresponding to the types of product that you sell and then map them in the Attributes section.
Ex: Underwear

Product Category: enables the classification of your products on Amazon website.
Ex: Beach towels
You must first complete the Product Type mapping before the Product Categories.
