Amazon Fast Reporting
Lengow now retrieves Amazon product errors in almost real time using a fast, event-driven system. Instead of waiting for batch syncs, product errors are updated continuously.
This new system provides reports almost instantly, improves reliability, and ensures continuous visibility on your product error messages.
This new feature is directly integrated into your Lengow Channel report, which you can continue to use to check that your products are properly configured and to view any errors.
You will now find all up-to-date Amazon errors in the Product status file. You can see this underlying file by navigating to the Previous channel reports tab within your Amazon channel.
You will still see one line for each push made (offers or products).
What's new: The reports linked to each specific push will now only display Lengow errors (configuration issues detected by Lengow before sending data to the marketplace). These are available immediately after a push!
Troubleshooting Amazon Errors
For each product in error, Amazon specifies the reason for the rejection. To help you solve these errors, refer to:
